For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Discuss with Dr: CIN 1 is a precancerous change of the cervix, usually just found on the PAP smear (no symptoms) &amp; almost always caused by the HPV virus. Most of the time it does NOTbecome cancerous &amp; the changes are very slow, BUT it is VERY important to have regular PAP smears &amp; talk to the Dr who did this one about follow up.  Sometimes a patient needs a colposcopy exam to look more closely at the cervix change

HGSIL needs followup, and may be related to human papiloma virus (HPV) which can later cause problems if not treated.  Hot cautery or nitrous oxide freezing can treat this, with confirming repeat pap smears in 3-6 months.
