While low impact and cardiovascular exercises are great, incorporating strength training is just as important.  The more muscle mass you have, the higher your metabolism and the more calories you burn at rest.

Not most effective: If you do it for a short period of time it's not harmful but i dont think its the best way to lose weight! you're going to shock your body, most likely consume less calories than your resting metabolic rate (calories burned by sitting and doing nothing)! this method of weight loss can cause a slow down in metabolism.  When you go back to your regular diet, you may gain the weight back or worse!

Juice fasting : Can cause drug side effects or interactions  for meds one is on, exacerbate metabolic issues such as diabetes , cause electrolyte disturbances and other bad things. If one gets tingling and numbness, id stop as these are likely "nerve or circulation "  issues. And if diet can hinder hands then the other more  important nerves and blood vessels  like the ones in your brain or heart. Can be next!
