had [2] urine cytology= atypical urothelial cells, rbc, neutrophils. had[2] cturogram= all ok but mildly large prostate, mild bladder circumferential wall thickening. all blood work and urine cultures ok. had cyctoscopy=all ok. what is my next step?

No: The brown blood is not bad. The brown color means that it is old blood, usually from a slow lighter bleed/period. However, if the brown blood is occurring after a full normal flowing period, this pattern should be evaluated by a gynecologist.

: You should have the doc who knows all the facets of your case to reflect on its' meaning. That said the ejection fraction is not worrisome.

If u have thick endo: Endometrium, it depends how thick at your age if it measures over 10 mm u need a hysteroscopy with endometrial biopsy that I do in office and then u will know whether u have normal tissue, endometrial pre- cancer called hyperplasia or less commonly endometrial cancer- hopefully not.

what does this mean on ct scan ? mild thickening of the esophageal wall which is measures approximately 9 mm thick below the carina and 7 mm thick near the gastroesophageal junction. there is a mildly enlarged gastrohepatic ligament measuring 9 mm?

: It is simply a description of the esophagus. In this instance, it appears that the esophagus is slightly thickened, but it does not tell why it is thickened. You should discuss this with the Doctor Who ordered the CT scan. If it appears to be a significant issue, andupper endoscopy may be useful for sorting out the reason for the thickening. Good luck.

Rectal wall: You obviously have received this from a report. It would be much better to get an explanation from the Physician who ordered the report and has a full understanding of the clinical history that goes along with the report.

A "little": Mildly distended means it is a "little" enlarged.  The categories are usually, mild, moderate and severe.  Mild is the lowest on the scale.  Example if your h is "mildly distended, then it is just a little enlarged. Etc.  Hope this helps.

does gallbladder sludge means gallbladder walls are thick?

Nope: The gallbladder is a small hollow organ that holds bile.  This helps us digest fat.  When you look at the gallbladder with an ultrasound the bile can appear like sludge which probably just describes the consistency of the bile.  Thickening of the gallbladder wall can be seen on the ultrasound as well and usually is a result of inflammation.  These are two different findings.

Moniliasis: It often represents a fungal infection.  This resolves quickly with appropriate antifungal vaginal medication (eg, monistat).

Wall or lining?: Is the lining of the uterus thickened or the wall? Unusual thickening of the lining of the uterus (endometrium) can be a sign of hyperplasia, polyp, or neoplasm. Thickening of the uterine wall itself probably indicates fibroids (benign tumors of the uterine muscle).
