A small bone=rest: Accessory bones in the feet are actually quite tiny.  Though small, they can be stressed, fractured and bruised.  Most of the time, an injury to any of such bones does not require surgery, but rest and immobilization to allow for healing. If this does not prove successful surgery becomes an option.

Paxil (paroxetine) &amp; metoprolol: It's okay to take them together but since Paxcil CR's half-life is 21 hours and it is eliminated by the liver you might want to consider taking them several hours apart. I would suggestthat you take the Metaprolol in the morning and the Paxil (paroxetine) around noon. Also taking with food might help reduce the nausea.
