Benign: This report is fine. Cysts in the breast are common. They are fluid filled structures which are benign. You should continue to monitor your breast once yearly like all women over 50 years are advised to do(Mammography) screening for early detection of breast Cancer.

A cyst with: a thin internal septation is by definition a BIRADS 2 finding.  A BIRADS 2 code means "benign", the chance of malignancy is well below 1%.  Nothing to worry about.

: Yes, you still have one small stone (0.5 cm) in the upper pole of the left kidney and if you recently had left flank pain (renal colic) this stone can be the cause or you might pass another stone. The bilateral mild pelvicaliectasis is likely due to congenital ureteropelvic junction obstruction but rare, bilateral stone obstruction can't be ruled out. Low radiation CT scan may be the next step.

: Because there is bilateral pelvocaliectasis, even mild, and you have right flank/back (kidney) pain with the presence of a stone in the left kidney, I think a CT scan should be done for ruling out the right ureteral stone which can't be detected by ultrasound. Mild, congenital ureteropelvic junction obstruction, if it is true as showed by ultrasound, is usually asymptomatic.

No: Only when the obstruction is around 70% or higher we recommend surgery ( endarterectomy or scraping of the plaques )  but we order an mra or dsa to confirm it . In the mean time you could take 81 mg of Aspirin (if not allergic or contraindicated )and lower your cholesterol as much as you can..

Column of Bertin: Renal column (of bertin) is extension of renal cortex between the renal pyramids [see diagram]. It allows the cortex to be better anchored. It consists of blood vessels, urinary tubes & fibrous material. Can't say for sure.: Your question is too non-specific. Exactly what did the report say? In what, "system" was the fluid? If you mean the renal collecting system then excess fluid could reflect kidney obstruction or infection. That's just one possible answer.

Yes: Ultrasound is operator dependent meaning the views may differ based on who is performing the test.  With that being said, it may be possible to see organs other than the reproductive system when using an ultrasound.   Organs such as the bladder, liver, intestines and liver can possible be visualized.
