The findings above may simply represent excessive mucus or possibly an infection.  An effusion means there is some type of fluid in or around the lungs.

The gastroenterologist will institute intensive treatment for a month.or so &amp; then may rescope you or not. In addition to proper diet, abstain from alcohol,excess caffeine, aspirin,anti-inflammatory meds like advil,naproxen.
