See another cause: Men in their twenties may have mild cerebral atrophy from alcohol abuse, schizophrenia, birth injury, some other cause, or an overread by a radiologist. None of these will stop him from walking. Look for another explanation.

May be seen in early Alzheimer's and after repetitive head trauma, but also can be associated with dehydration, and sometimes, artifactual positioning during the imaging. Do they have a fib? was the seizure  due to stroke/ TIA ( rare)? has the doctor discussed aspirin 81 mg or plavix (clopidogrel) or plental or fish oil ( blood thinners so may cause bleeding) ?  f/u and discuss w/neurology

Cerebral Cavernoma: You should get evaluated for post-exertional headache and nausea. It will be helpful to have imaging report available. Usually patients need treatment in case there is hemorrhage, seizure or abnormal neurological signs ( it is not very common ).
