A doctor has provided 1 answer

"Mild cerebral volume loss" is a nonspecific observation which requires clinical correlation. May be seen in early Alzheimer's and after repetitive head trauma, but also can be associated with dehydration, and sometimes, artifactual positioning during the imaging. Discuss this with your doctor.
