: Need to distinguish between episodic and chronic  migraine patterns as different preventative meds may be indicated.  Worsening pain and tinnitus, when supine, might suggest intracranial hypertension, but may be just a variant response for a migraine headache.  See  a neurologist and get this handled fully.

Management: You need to develop your own plan of management.  Some have to lie down and not move.  Others have to keep moving but must be in a dark quiet place.  Some need a handfull of pills but tben keep working to avoid more stress.  To each their  own.

Need more info: It does sound rather concerning and nerological in nature, see your pcp as soon as possible to get a full check up.

Migraines: 1.Avoid headache triggers after you identify them, such as certain diets or activities.
2.Daily aerobic exercises.
3.Manage stress. Be around people who lift your spirits.
3.Practice relaxation such as Yoga &amp; imagery.
4.Eat smaller more frequent meals.
5.Drink plenty of fluids.
6.Regulate your sleep habits.
7.Ask your PCP for referral to a Biofeedback therapist.
8.Acupuncture.

how dangerous is a triglicerydes level of 315? i've already lost down to 119lbs. i'm 5'1. i have high pulse and always have . now i have have migraine

High triglycerides: If your trig,. Are still elevated after wt loss it may be genetic or familial. I would get retested to determine if this is the case but the level you are at should be followed up

Unlikely!: Migraines tend not to be triggered by position and are often characterized by pain or a sensation of light/sound sensitivity. This could be dehydration. Or an inner ear problem. More details needed.

Migraine: You may have classic migraine which is unilateral in presentation. You will need to try some anti-migraine medication and anti-nausea ones that your doc can prescribe.

Yes: Yes.  You have tried conservative options such as rest and otc meds.  You should see your doctor for prescription meds and eval.

You have headache: that is worse with change in position.  This may be caused by increased pressure to your skull, a phenomenon seen in pseudotumor, central venous sinus thrombosis, idiopathic intracranial hypertension, and of course, brain tumors.   As you can tell from their names, none of these conditions should be taken lightly.  You need to go to a Neurologist or ED for diagnostic imaging and diagnosis.
