Endometrial biopsy: Your result indicate that at the time of your biopsy you were in the secretory or second phase of your cycle just before menstruation.  Good things to know: no evidence of hyperplasia (pretumor growth) or malignancy.  Sounds like a normal biopsy.

: Body does not always obey a clock. 
Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

Alternate reps with lifting the arms straight overhead as far back as you can.  Do build the horizontals, hold the elastic band out in front and pull to the side with the arms straight.
