: There's still a 25 % chance that you have prostate cancer if prostate infection or inflammation aren't responsible for your PSA fluctuations. An endorectal MRI would be a reasonable test for you if your urologist agrees.

Soft : Soft tissue grafts are done to cover exposed roots. It is a very common periodontal procedure. Some of the modern techniques are less invasive and allow you to recover very fast. You can experience some swelling the 1st 3 days, minor pain that can be well controlled with pain medication. The recovery period is usually 1 week. The result is totally worth it to protect and maintain your teeth for life!

Looks okay: If you feel okay, there is no such thing as "low blood pressure"; it need be only high enough to keep your body perfused. Whether these thyroid labs are okay depends on the units. Reference ranges are arbitrarily set so that several percent of healthies fall outside. Glad you're staying proactive. BEst wishes.

Thyroid okay: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your thyroid results are normal and are not the cause of your problems. Try reducing the amount you eat.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Possibly injurious: Free radicals are chemicals produced by metabolism, injury and radiation inside the body.  They are electrically charge molecules and atoms and are considered likely sources of tissue damage and aging.  A variety of products are available over the counter advertised as being able to limit free radicals. Few of these have ever been tested however.
