Confusing question!: The first part of your question does not make sense. As for the rest, this forum is free to use, and doctors answer general questions as volunteers. There is also a way to have a virtual low-cost consult with a doc one-on-one on Healthtap Prime, which acts like a virtual urgent care. You also may be able to interact with your own physician here if your doc uses Healthtap Concierge.
