It : It is difficult to diagnose the problem without seeing the teeth and evaluating what was previously done to them.  It sounds like there might be an infection present.  I would recommend seeing a dentist immediately to evaluate the situation.  The sooner the better.  Many times an area of infection could begin to destroy the bone supporting the teeth in question along with adjacent teeth and thereby compromising the whole area.

do i have an oral infection? i had all four wisdom teeth removed. i now have a white and brown pus where one of my wisdom teeth were.

Sometimes : Sometimes material that looks brown can just be some blood and tissue. If you have actual pus, i recommend that you contact you dentist, as you may have developed an infectionat that site.

was on cephalexin and metrogyl for abortion infection. now erythromycin for uti and now kidney pain right side. didn't have kidney pain prior.  ?

Too complex, see MD: This is too complex an issue to be safely answered with the information available. Erythromycin is an unusual drug for UTI. Follow up with the doctor or clinic treating you.

Yes but may not need: Sounds like it.  Especially if you have fever and green/yellow mucus drainage.  Often these are viral and don’t benefit from antibiotics but decongestants and antihistamines along with ibuprofen can go along way in improving your symptoms.  I hope you feel better soon!

had right sinus infection last week with green drainage, & cheek pain put on z pak. all drainage has stopped & cheek pain much improved. still notice discomfort in teeth on right upper side. is infection gone but lingering sinus irritation?

: If you have soreness you may still have infection. Additional course of antibiotics may be indicated. Ask your prescribing Physician to reevaluate. Also have your Dentist make sure that you do not coincidentally have infected upper back molars.

Ear infection: Most likey you have an ear infection because  your  ear has drainage &amp; you have earache swollen,  painful  post auricular  lymph  node. You could  be having  wisdom tooth  too. Please see your doctor  ASAP. Feel better

Not HIV. Other STD?: You mean in urine, right? HIV doesn&#x27;t do this. White blood cells (WBC, &quot;pus cells&quot;) in urine usually means bacterial infection. In males, this usually is an STD like gonorrhea or chlamydia, especially if discharge of mucus or pus from the penis, maybe with painful urination. You need medical attention ASAP. Since you&#x27;re concerned about HIV, include HIV test. But it&#x27;s not the cause of pus cells.

Question unclear: Pus is a collection of white blood cells and destroyed tissue due to infection.  Co-trimoxazole will not function well if the pus is inside an abscess, but if draining, the drug will kill bacteria in the tissues from which the pus is emanating.
