Many signs: People abusing any long-term stimulant develop anxiety, insomnia, irritability, paranoia and sometimes outright psychosis, as well as weight loss, severe skin and dental problems, and all the problems associated either with shooting it (aids, hepatitis b/c, endocarditis, other severe infections) or smoking ("crack lung"). Some look like severe schizophrenics after only a year or two of use.

Two bad things: Meth doesn't cause lyme disease. Lyme disease doesn't promote meth use. So treatment involves 2 different things. Antibiotics for lyme disease and addiction medicine, 12 step programs, counseling or other help for your addiction.

Very difficult: This is a very difficult combination of problems, and would need a dual diagnosis program to work with both bipolar disorder and meth addiction.  They each need care -- and long-term aftercare monitoring.  If you find a credible program, and the person is truly committed to recovery, s/he has as good a shot as possible for success.  Success in addiction recovery, though, is a day to day process.

Can be effective: Effectiveness depends on many things, including the commitment of the patient.  You need a program for "dual diagnosis" -- meaning they treat both the substance abuse and the bipolar disorder.  When the person is actively using, it can be hard to tell mood episodes from drug effect.  Meth is a very challenging drug, and ongoing outpatient recovery efforts are still needed  long after discharge.

Mood instability: Stop now before you create permanent changes, which can happen with chronic use. Abstinence often starts with both craving and a desire to sleep a lot. Once the fatigue is past, if it's only been 9 months, things should head back to normal. Expect some irritability at first. Just don't be tempted to treat that with meth!

Meth is far more: dangerous than triglycerides of 193. You may take fish oil capsule, 2 gm twice a day for triglycerides. You say you know you need to quit, please do while you are ahead!

having wheezing when i take deep breathe in and out. when i clear up phlegm / mucus it goes away been a month? should i be scared ? pft showed + meth challenge airway disease? did a bronchosc 4 m ago bal was clear ? cbc / metab blood clear? cancer?

Reactive airway : Can be reactive airway disease. I hope the bronchoscopy was done by a pulmonologist. He could order some respiratory treatments with albuterol to see if you get better from wheezing, and a CT to rule out cancer
