Thus, if a rhinoplasty patient could masturbate 4 days before surgery, he should be able to masturbate 4 days after surgery. However, if he involved his nose in masturbation before surgery, he should give his nose more time to heal after surgery before resuming naso-genital activities.

The : The initial surgical recovery is usually similar to the original, but that depends a lot on what was done the first time and the approach used. The longer term swelling may take a bit longer to resolve compared with an initial rhinoplasty. If ear or rib cartilage is needed for the revision you may have some additional incisions to take care of as well.

Talk with surgeon: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.
