Possible mastitis: You may simply be having inflammation of the breast that gives the burning sensation and may be triggering regional lymph node enlargement. However, male breast cancer can happen rarely as you said but must be ruled out..at least, have a physician look at it (send pictures)

: Gynecomastia occurs in less than 10% of all cases.  unilateral form and cancer are even more infrequent and arises as a nontender hard mass. Tender nipple can signify infection. Best to see a surgeon and not worry. Good luck.

No. : There is no known causal relationship between pinching and breast cancer. Also, it would be very unusual for a 20 year old to get great cancer.

No: Man can have a mass that is  cancerous as his initial presentation - does not have to have a benign nodule first.

i have pain in one boob my right it feels like theres muscle on the top not like a lump almost like a quarter moon shape top to side i went a dr he didnt seem worried about breast cancer i also pinched a nerve in my armpit causing back/chest pain?

Pinched nerve: If you still have concerns about your breast, consult a breast surgeon for evaluation and advice. A pinched nerve in the armpit shouldn't cause chest and back pain, but one in the upper back vertebra could. If symptoms persist get an opinion from an orthopedic specialist.
