Body mass index (bmi) is the weight in kilograms divided by the height in meters squared to equal the percentage range in which one's bmi should fall.
30 or &gt; is obese.

Feelings & fears: Agree with dr. Friedlander that considering sexual relationships is a big part of growing up.  Many people are anxious & worried about this, even if they don't say so.  Also, learning about your own sexual preferences is momentous as well.  Not everyone is heterosexual, and some need time to realize their own natures. Dietician: Your best bet is to have one consultation with a dietician who will tell you what your ideal weight is,review your current eating habits and outline a proper diet for you to follow. It's also advisable to include a good exercise program and a physical trainer could instruct you about that. Bear in mind that your ideal weight will increase as you grow older.

Basic anatomy: They are located deep behind the intestines (retroperitoneal). From the back, they are blanketed by multiple layers of muscle. Note that "kidney pain" does not always correlate with the actual location of kidneys, as in other visceral organs.

Rash: Sounds like urticaria but could be many things. Urticaria is an immune reaction like an allergy. Can try Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and see if it helps. Otc zyrtec and Allegra may also help.

Depends: Your weight is a measure of your height, genetics, exercise level and associated factors like any illness, condition you may have etc. How  Tall you are makes a huge difference. Are you exercising? Is your stomach flabby? If you are muscular you can gain weight but actually be healthier. Talk with your Dr about how to lose weight for you.  Cardio exercise targets the stomach area. Good luck.
