Muscle twitch: You are probably having twitches of your chest wall muscles.  Generally not a cause for concern but talk to your doctor about it.

I would visit : An internist to get it checkd out.I will tell you i recently had similiar symptoms, we are about the same age and in my case it was abad case of gerd, or reflux disease. 
Nevertheless, nothing substitutes a visit to your pcp.

Oncology eval.: Do you have myasthenia gravis, paraneoplastic syndrome? Seems you have possibly stage 3 metastatic disease? Is this carcinoma? Thymoma also have a classification develop by the who. Check with your oncologist for radiation therapy, chemotherapy and clinical trials.

Try diet: These missed beats are probably Premature atrial contraction which are usually benign.

Avoid caffeine &amp; all artificial sweeteners except stevia.

Get an evaluation: While pain in the chest lasting less than a minute is usually not caused by coronary artery disease, there are numerous other potential reasons.  You should be evaluated for the cause of your symptoms. Call your primary doc to discuss/be evaluated.

Not sure...: Chest pain complaints should always be evaluated by your doctor due to their possible serious nature (ie heart attacks or pulmonary embolus)however, some of the symptoms you are describing seem like esophageal reflux or spasm.  Panic attacks are also another cause of non cardiac chest pain.   Visit your doctor to at least reassure yourself that it is nothing serious.

Hard to say: Chest pain in your age group can be anxiety/stress related, or sometimes heart, lung, intestinal related.  A more complete history and exam would be suggested by your doctor especially if your symptoms are severe. Good luck.

Arrhythmia: An EKG (or heart monitor) detects problems with the rhythm of the heart. You should click the button and document any time you feel any chest pain no matter where it is, heart palpitations (racing heart), skipped heart beats, shortness of breath or lightheadedness

Heart burn: Take Tums (calcium carbonate) or ppi or h2 blockers. Consult your physician to rule out heart problems. Heart pain also sometimes mimics heart burn.
