: Everyone is different. So only time will tell in you. I would ask the Dr who gave it to you what has been their experience in people like you.

Flavoring: The pharmacist can add flavoring to most medicines but it needs to be written on the prescription. Having said that it is important that children learn good or bad tasting medicine is medicine and MUST be taken no matter what.

Bitter orange: Like many diet pills it is notrecommended because of its stmulating effects.After stopping the pill you get a rebound effect where weight returns. Weight loss is obtained through diet, exercise and discipline.

Bitter taste: You need to discuss this with your own dentist. I don&#x27;t think what you are experiencing is related to any lingering medications used during RCT, especially if the tooth had a permanent crown cemented on over it. A temporary crown may have cement that leaches medication. If necessary get a second opinion from another dentist.

how can i mask the taste of a azithromycin i cant take pills and when i mix it with a smoothie the bitter taste is awful. i feel like i cant take this medicine. is there a way i can not taste the bitterness?

Zithromax: Try a course of apple sauce with the pill. This will often make it go down easier and will mask the taste.

Metallic taste: This is often very difficult to find the cause. If this does not disappear over time, a thorough dental, medical and neurologic exam is often necessary, yet may not determine the cause.
Check first with your dentist to rule out any dental problems. Then check with your medical doctor.
Drugs, diet, head, neck, oral and systemic infections, smoking, neurologic changes are all possibilities.

PAnadol (acetaminophen): Is safest for your headache and something like mylanta or Tums (calcium carbonate) for your sour stomach that makes your mouth bitter would work too

Don&#x27;t stop meds: Bitter taste could be from meds, but could also be from low kidney function. It&#x27;s critical to treat high BP aggressively to avoid severe kidney failure. Talk to your doctor about possible side effects, but don&#x27;t give up on meds. Most mild side effects go away with time, and if side effects are intolerable, there are usually other meds that can be used instead.

Doubt it: GERD treatment is always a work in process. Avoiding foods &amp; behaviors that aggravate the process are a necessary addition to any meds. Not consuming caffeine within 6 hrs of laying down, avoiding laying down for 1-2 hrs after meals, reducing meal volumes &amp; acidic drinks are all add ons to help reduce symptoms. GERD is potentially life long but you learn reduce its activity over time.
