I wouldn't: The bodies process of reacting to these injections requires time. If you use any form of immunosuppression in the 3-6 weeks after they are given you can dull or abort their effectiveness &amp; place you at risk. I would confer with your treating physicians on such a plan.

Yes: It should not cause a problem unless the bite is on his genitalia.

Rabies Vaccine: None. However, Immunosuppressive agents should not be administered during post-exposure therapy,unless essential for the treatment of other conditions. When rabies post-exposure prophylaxis is administered to persons receiving steroids or other immunosuppressive therapy, it is especially important that serum be tested for rabies antibody to ensure that an adequate response has developed.

Yes: You can take Vit B12 with your anti-Rabies vaccine Rabipur. There are no special precautions of foods or otherwise, required while completing the series of shots.  Just take them on time as advised by ur physician.

That said, rabies is a terrible disease that is almost universally fatal. Any possible exposure to rabies requires emergent evaluation and possible treatment with early vaccination.
