Inderal (propranolol): Inderal (propranolol) is used in migraine control, essential tremor treatment, for anxiety or panic attacks, hypertension, and for heart rate control.  In the absence if bronchial asthma or diabetes Inderal is a great alternative when treating a oerson with one or more of the above conditions. Althouth is not hanit gorming it annot be stopped abruptly and requires slow tapering specially in the presence of known cardiac conditions.

See below: The BP could become excessively low and they might pass out. The heart rate might become excessively slow (with heart block) and they might pass out. That said, some people take and tolerate 240 mg of extended release  a day. So one cannot predict how this individual will react. If they took the short acting form and they're not used to it, you can bet they're going to be very tired for 12 hours!

: Inderal is a prescription medicine used to treat the symptoms high blood pressure (hypertension), migraine, chest pain (angina), heart rhythm disorders, and other circulatory conditions, as a preventative of heart attacks and to reduce migraines. Inderal should not be used for nervousness due to a blood draw! It can have significant side effects that can land you in the hospital.

Medication Question: It would be best for you to contact your prescribing physician.  If meds are prescribed by different physicians contact one of them and ask about all three in combination.  You would be well served to contact a psychologist to help you deal with your anxiousness.  That may help to relieve some of your other symptoms too.  According to the cdc 90% of all doctor visits in the us are caused by stress.
