OK but: citirazine does have mild sedating effect and may give additive drowsy effect to your current drug regimen. If you already feel drowsy or tired, consider Allegra (fexofenadine) instead.

What are you asking?: B12 and folate (folic acid) produce macrocytosis. If someone has told you that you are deficient in all three, but not anemic, or if you are perplexed over some lab results, then at best you have a physician who has communicated poorly and you need to get a second opinion from someone else.

i had a tsh3 of 2.5 miu/ml last september.. today i did recheck of my tsh3 is 1.02 miu/ml not taking any thyroid medicines(only folate 12hrs ago) also from 2 months i did lifestyle change-exercise & no sugar & simple carbs. is this tsh change normal?

Not right test: To know if you have anemia you need to have your hemoglobin measured. 
You are not folate deficient but that does not rule out anemia.

Stop worrying: We see these from time to time. They are no cause for concern. Reference ranges are set for the vast majority of people. Just be happy. Elevated B12 has some arcane significance in hematology but it does not apply to healthy people. Just be glad.

Yes.: All women in their childbearing years should take folate, (folic acid) especially if they are actively trying to conceive. Folic acid helps reduce the risk of neural tube defects in the fetus. The recommended dosage is 0.4-0.8mcg for women with low risk. Supplementation should begin at least 1 month before conception and continued throughout the first trimester.

Anemia may make you:
Feel weak and tired.
Feel lightheaded.
Be forgetful.
Feel grouchy.
