I had a tsh3 of 2.5 miu/ml last september.. today i did recheck of my tsh3 is 1.02 miu/ml not taking any thyroid medicines(only folate 12hrs ago) also from 2 months i did lifestyle change-exercise & no sugar & simple carbs. is this tsh change normal?
