Every? No: Ascariasis worms cycle between the intestine, out the anus and thru the lungs. They sometimes make a “detour” into the biliary system.  After coming out in the stool they can contaminate soil and other surfaces and can then be ingested again. Surfaces contaminated by soil or stool can continue the cycle.

No: Ascaris is due to eating infected food with the eggs of ascaris. Fresh milk will not prevent it. Always make sure you eat hot freshly prepared food served at well maintained and clean establishments.

Could happen: Ascaris are very large and can crawl into all kinds of places. Have seen them in the ears, coming out of the nose, in gall bladders, appendices, coughed up after being partially swallowed.  Where on earth would you have become infected. If you can get one of these worms they are simple to identify, or a stool specimen will contain eggs.

i have taken zentel 400 for 10 days for ascaris. i finished 4 days ago but symptoms still prevail. any reason for this?

Ascariasis: Ten days of zentel or Albendazole is a long time for ascariasis treatment (standard treatment is a single dose).  It probably killed the bug, but there's the possibility that your symptoms weren't due to the infection in the first place and you have another process going on.  I'd also talk with your doctor again about possible resistance to Albendazole in your geographic area.
