Have seen Ascaris come out through the eardrum, nose, coughed up, and can cause appencitis, acute obstruction of common and hepatic ducts, pancreatic duct. Can go anywhere connected to the GI tract

Ascaris lumbricoides: Ascaris Lumbicoides primarily leave the body through the recturm. However they can also leave via mouth or nose. Dr. Raff provided examples of rares modes of exit as well.
