Mouth,Nose,Rectum: Occasionally adult worms come out the mouth, nose or rectum. Most infected persons are asymptomatic with worms in the small intestines.

Ascaris lumbricoides: Ascaris Lumbicoides primarily leave the body through the recturm. However they can also leave via mouth or nose. Dr. Raff provided examples of rares modes of exit as well.
