Sounds serious: Psychosis means break with reality. If this is what happened, it is a serious symptom which should be addressed whether it is due to the stressful event or another underlying condition.

: Most doctors on online forums try not to disagree with forum users' own doctors. However, stress alone is not a likely cause of such an elevated white blood cell count. Keep working with your primary care doctor, especially if you have symptoms of infection like fever, unexplained pain, or others. Good luck.

: you may  be correct. Keep a detailed diary of what brings its on and makes it go away. Your body is talking to you. Take good notes and share with your Dr.  There are a number of good treatments including classic Transcendtal Meditation

Stressed by Trauma: Today is a Saturday (at least where I live). Sorry - don't know where PE is.  If this occurred last night- most psychologists keep fairly regular work hours.  Many do not work on weekends.  You may need to wait until Monday. You can contact your health insurance agency to obtain a list of their network providers.  HealthTap is not a referral agency.

2 different things: A "stress fracture" is an orthopedic (bone) condition: a broken bone caused by repeated physical stress on the part.  A "stress reaction" can mean many things, but usually refers to psychological stress that causes a person to be anxious or mentally uncomfortable.

what aerobic exercise can i do with a femoral stress reaction (other than swimming)?

Location : It depends on where the stress fracture is located (in the hip or in the shaft), and how painful it is to walk. You need to see a board certified orthopedic surgeon to get a firm answer.  But in general, avoid painful activities and high impact exercise. 
A stationary bike may be acceptable as well. 
Of course upper body resistance training should be ok.

Try it: Since all knee discomfort has resolved, I would try running but start slowly and for shorter distances. Increase both as tolerated. If knee  symptoms recur, consult an orthopedic specialist for evaluation and advice.

Severity: Stress fractures develop over time due to excessive demand placed on a bone. A stress reaction is a stage in the development of a stress fracture.

pain on bottom of foot under toes (near 1st through 3rd). doesnt feel like a marble in my shoe. more like a bruise. what could it be? not sure it is a stress reaction since it used to hurt on top of foot but now its just on bottom. i am a runner?

Don’t be discouraged: The fact that you are a runner and developing this pain is related. Since this is a new development you need to consider your shoes as a possible cause. Also the type of runner you are i.e. a toe runner or heel to toe runner. Your running shoes may need to be replaced or a different type of shoe needs to be purchased that has cushion in this area.   last consideration would be custom orthotics.

50k vit d weekly x 8 weeks for defiency &  slow healing stress reaction. i'm prone to bone spurs. is it likely spurs will grow or increase with added d?

Not likely: Healthy bone requires both new bone growth and constant remodeling.  Normalizing your vit d will help with all of these things.  Your risk of bone spurs should not be any different.
