Need to get a workup: This is pretty concerning if happening consistently.  It could be a problem with your balance system (inner ear or cerebellum), your blood pressure, your heart, or the arteries in the neck that go to your head.  Bottom line, see your doctor soon - we don't want you falling over and hitting your head!

Viral Infection: Signs and symptoms are suggestive of an infection most likely viral. Based on the prevalence of covid-19 in your area, it may be that as well or Flu. Would recommend taking acetaminophen for fevers, staying hydrated and consider getting tested for covid and flu. Also quarantine for 14 days from symptom onset.

Not clear if he is saying 'His headache is too much pain' or wants to know if the Definition of headache means 'Too much pain in the head'. : Neck and/or eye strain are suggested by your symptoms, specifically if your work involves heavy screen use. An aneurysm would be less likely, but cannot be ruled out, specifically if you have family history and best would be to discuss your symptoms with your doc during your annual physical.

Headache Rx: Run of the mill once in a while headaches can be relieved by over the counter meds such as ibuprogen, tylenol, (acetaminophen) alleve.  Headaches can be caused by many things, if they occur regularly seek the consult of your doctor.  P.S. as with all meds~ read the labels to determine which is right for you!

Probably a drop: It is probably a function of a drop in your blood sugar (glucose ) level....It is your body's way of reminding you to eat regularly...If the headaches persist, change or are unrelated to your eating schedule, it is time to see your family doc about this..For a check-up..
