what is the mechanism how saturated fats raise our cholesterol?

Poorly defined: It may not even be true. Over the past two decades, there's been much discussion about why the public / diet advisors believe this. There was talk of saturated fats reducing LDL-receptor mediated clearance of LDL's, or saturated fats making LDL receptors less abundant. I tried following this for a while and it never got settled. I remain skeptical.

Fat: Yes we do. Even if you eat less calories that what you burn, if you eat them in the evening and at one time you will end up with fat deposits.

Stops angiogenesis : Avastin (bevacizumab), and was the first commercially available angiogenesis inhibitor. Its main action is the inhibition of the function of a natural protein called vascular endothelial growth factor (vegf) that stimulates new blood vessel formation. Because most malignant tumors are highly dependant on angiogenesis  to obtain a blood supply and nutrients Avastin  can stop or delay growth.

Sounds OK, no worry: BP naturally varies from hour to hour and even minute to minute, and can be very sensitive to even minor stresses or anxiety. Being on BP medications lowers the average BP over time, but does not prevent ups and downs due to innumerable factors like physical activity, stress, etc. Unless super high, a particular BP in the office doesn't matter. What's important is the everage over the day.

The transthyretin-rbp-retinol complex circulates in the blood, delivering the retinol to tissues.

retinoic acid via gene expression  has a broad range of effects on the brain, all can lead to mood changes.  Although the exact mechanism has not been worked out, bremner et al provides a concise summary of current understanding.

Close enough: So called blood thinner prevent formation of new clots, but do not accelerate the breakdown of existing clots. There are other medications for that, i.e.., thrombolytic medications.

acute onset of whole body sfn (diagnosed by neurologist) 24h after monoclonal ab treatm. w/bebtelovimab. whole body burning. can this be related, what would be the mechanism of action. who do i see to look past "idopathic neuropathy". i'm fit, 50 y?

: Peripheral neuropathy is a well known possible side effect of monoclonal antibody treatment. SNF may be a variant of this. Rather than pain your symptom is described as burning sensation but I think it's related. Treatment of SNF is problematic.  I think A neurologist and/or pain management specialist would be the best ones to treat and follow you.
