Who knows: Street drugs are not controlled - who knows whats in them or what it can do.  Tooth rot may be the least of the problems - mdma can cause rather significant and persisting depression and memory loss, and can be fatal.  Sometimes tooth rot can be a sign that drugs or another medical condition is causing acid in your stomach - seek medical advice and sub abuse treatment.

Not sure why you: think that whether you had anal sex or not makes a difference, but the problem is nobody knows what they are getting when they use MDMA.  This drug is notorious for having a difficult synthesis, so that even if the chemist and dealer and not TRYING to rip you off, they don't know what's in it either. And many people DO rip you off. See your doctor, and stop using MDMA before it hurts you more.

MDMA: Mdma is dangerous enough to take on its own, with risk of neurotoxicity from too much serotonin stimulation in the brain.  Lactulose is a synthetic sugar used to treat constipation -- also to treat buildup of ammonia in patients with liver failure.  They can become very ill and confused --even obtunded -- with this. It's not likely to deliver a pleasant high.

Work to do what??: Get you high? It will do that whether you are on a contraceptive or not, and there is no evidence that ecstacy and ocp's have any drug interactions, but taking contraceptives regularly is critical for them to work effectively, and use of mdma is not likely to help you remember to take your medications. Forms of mdma like "molly" have been associated with deaths and serious illness- get some help.

Immunity not likely : Mdma, alcohol, Cocaine all alter brain chemistry.  Your brain may habituate to these drugs, but never become immune.  Brain cells are often destroyed or become addicted to the effects of the drugs.

Won't effect vaccine: but I wonder about a 41 year old still playing with 'rave' drugs.  These drugs are dangerous for ANYBODY, in particular MDMA because of the "molly" varieties which are either cut with or contaminated by even more toxic amphetamine-like substances, but they are even more dangerous as you get older, in terms of cardiovascular risks of use, including heart attack, stroke, seizures and hyperthermia.

You're taking one: street speed, one pharmaceutical psychostimulant and an anti-depressant that can have stimulating side effects (not always).   This combination is not good for vascular, cardio and cognitive systems, especially with the mdma added.   The latter two are sometimes Rx'ed in combination when there is depression and ADHD both, but make sure there is a psychiatrist on board. (I'd quit "E" pronto).
