Specialist: I'm unsure if you're a candidate for surgery as your tears are all incomplete. However in view of multiple internal knee pathologies I recommend consulting an orthopedic surgeon with special interest in complicated knee problems. You may have to seek one at an orthopedic department of surgery at a university hospital.

Depends: If you are 'the chosen one' then it is possible to play. Acutely upon acl injury an orthopedic surgeon cannot identify the 'chosen ones'. The only way to find out is to allow a young patient to return to play knowingly with an acl tear and hoping that you are the 'chosen one'. Unfortunately, while finding out, additional catastrophic injury to the knee can occur & in not currently recommended.

Mcl sprain: It takes a minimum of 6 weeks and sometimes up to 3 months to heal. The grade 3 tear is more severe and may not heal. It needs to be protected with a hinged brace and followed by serial physical exams or a mri.

May be: The prognosis for a partially torn acl is often favorable, with the recovery and rehabilitation period usually at least three months. However, some patients with partial acl tears may still have instability symptoms. Close clinical follow-up and a complete course of physical therapy helps identify those patients with unstable knees due to partial acl tears.

Yes if comfortable: Biking does not stress the mcl so you should be fine if you do not have pain.  If you do, a brace may be useful.

Discuss w ortho: Usually the first step is to obtain a better idea of the source of pain with diagnostic imaging or arthroscopy. Imaging is generally preferred so that non surgical corrections be implemented followed by planned surgical procedures.

It varies.: Usually mcl partial injuries heal within 6 weeks, improving with initial rest, brace, ice, then progressive exercise.

MCL sprain: Grade 2 MCL sprain is a partial tear of the MCL, usually heals with rest and bracing and PT.  The ACL finding is of no concern right now

Might help: But only temporary solution and be careful not to make tear worse with volleyball which certainly could happen.

What you are: describing sounds like there is some lateral INSTABILITY of your knee joint and a MCL strain/sprain may NOT be the "only" injury!  An MRI may be indicated.
