Need actual results: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have helped to have the actual results. What you are calling high and low may not be meaningfully abnormal. It would be prudent to discuss the results with your doctor.

Seeing a doctor?: Many things can cause LUQ abdominal pain. How high is the WBC? Various causes of pain can be abdominal muscle injury, gastritis, stomach ulcer, pancreatitis, kidney stone, kidney infection, constipation, etc. Needs a complete physical exam and medical history.

It is a measure of the concentration of hemoglobin in a given volume of packed red blood cells.  Mchc is low in microcytic anemias, like iron deficiency anemia, and thalassemia.

Find cause of anemia: Mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) literally means the 'avg. Amount of red blood cell hemoglobin'. Hemoglobin is protein that carries oxygen in blood. Since low MCHC is associated with low iron &anemia, you need to rule out blood loss from excessive periods or 'slow gastro-intestinal (G.I.) bleeding'. G.I. Loss needs to be considered >40 yo.  Supplemental iron, folate, (folic acid) B12 may help.

Not significant: Mchc stands for mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration. As far as i know the only important value is a high MCHC of greater than 36 pg which is an indication of hereditary spherocytosis. A low mchcis not significant please do not worry about that result.

: The initials represent the Mean (average) Cellular Concentration of Hemoglobin. By itself I don't consider the cited value anything more than low normal. Depends.: Mch is the hemoglobin amount in a single red cell.  Mchc is the concentration of hemoglobin in a single red cell,  low MCH but high MCHC says the red cell is small, but has lots of hemoglobin packed inside it.  Mch and MCHC or only used to determine the cause of anemia.  By themselves, without anemia, there may not be any meaning to this.  These changes can occur with hemolytic anemia.

Hematology: If the red cell,total white blood cell and platelet counts, as well as the MCV and MCH are all normal, the low MCHC and high RDW may not be significant or diagnostic.  Low lymphocytes combined with high  neutrophils can be seen in certain infections, use of corticosteroids,  or in blood  dyscrasias. However this question can be better answered by your MD(who knows your results) or a hematologist
