Consider the colon: Spleen pain is unusual unless a history of a splenic disease, blood disease, infection as malaria or typhoid (high fever). Trauma could cause rib fracture and splenic injury. Kidney pain in the side is towards the back and may be due to stone or infection. Irritable colon, constipation, diverticulosis, excessive gas build up are all possible. Pleurisy? If related to breathing. Need a dr's exam.

While it may be other causes, including appendicitis, kidney stone, urinary tract infection, diverticulitis, the most life-threatening problem would be bleeding from a ruptured ectopic pregnancy.  Call your OB to be seen immediately or go to er.
