: Reaching a documented "7 weeks " in pregnancy does statistically reduce the incidence of spontaneous miscarriage, but will not eliminate that eventuality, as other causes can occur later in pregnancy.  Lack of bleeding or cramping at "7 weeks" usually means the pregnancy is doing well at this point.

i'm 34 years old this will by my 4 pregnancy... my question is it normal to be gassy ,cramp like periods and tenderness breast in my old age.... ?

It's "normal" at any: ..age!  Breast tenderness is due to rapid growth in the milk producing glands.  A well--fitted, supportive bra might help.  One of the major pregnancy hormones, progesterone, can slow down the digestive tract, giving the bacteria in there time to ferment the food you eat and  cause gas &amp; abdominal discomfort.  If u avoid the food that makes gas the worst, that may help!  You're not old!

8 weeks pregnant ?'s: At eight weeks of pregnancy, the placenta may not produce the same level of progesterone as the ovary did before ceasing production. This is normal, and may produce some cramping just like prior to a regular period.  Check with your OB physician who may prescribe progesterone to supplement the placental production until it "catches up" with the ovarian level.

Need exam: Certainly in any pregnancy, cramps or contractions at 31 years of age can be a sign of preterm labor.  At age 43 year, pregnancies are considered higher risk.  For these two reasons, i would recommend that you contact your OB provider and schedule a visit.

Difficult to say: Cramping and even a little spotting can be normal in early pregnancy especially around the time of your missed period. If you start having bleeding resembling a heavy period, go see your family doctor or your OB/Gyn, as this could be a sign of a miscarriage or a misplaced (ectopic) pregnancy. If the pain is becoming intense get seen quickly (i.e. ER) as an ectopic pregnancy can be life threatening

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires an examination to organize the evaluation. Your test are negative indicating you are not pregnant. If your symptoms were caused by pregnancy then your hormone would be high enough for detection
