See an ENT: I agree you should see an ENT doctor, but 2mm is awfully small for a sinus cyst, and might not even show up on a ct. Are you sure it's 2mm and not 2 centimeters? That would be more common. And, this may or may not be the cause of your eye pain. You may also need to see an ophthalmologist for an eye exam. At any rate, surgery to remove a sinus cyst can usually be done endoscopically through the nos.

i have glaucoma in my left eye and a large maxillary sinus cyst in my left sinus cavity. could the cyst have caused the glaucoma?

No: It is a coincidence that they are on the same side.  The cyst is isolated within the sinus separated by a bony interface.  Even if the cyst were contacting the eye, the pressures would equalize and the cyst would advertise itself by protruding the eye - a quite different problem.

Sinus cyst: Cysts or inflammation of a maxillary sinus can cause cheek discomfort and headaches but double vision would not be usual. An otolaryngologist(ear,nose and throat specialist), opthalmologist or neurologist could advise you further.

can maxillary mucous retention cysts cause my head to feel unclear/stuffed-up/cloudy along with tinnitus and mild imbalance. there is no sinus pain.

Probably not: Maxillary retention cysts are common, in some series up to 40% of individuals.  In the vast majority of cases they are free of symptoms.  When they cause problems there is usually a history of maxillary sinusitis, maxillary or dental discomfort, nasal congestion. It is unlikely that your symptoms are related.

Unrelated probably: Generalized severe pain on one side of the body would be unrelated to bilateral maxillary retention cysts. However, if the "cysts" are not true retention cysts and another pathological process, they could be related. See an ENT doc to help correlate.

See below: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity at tolerated.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Artificial tears: This is a very broad question. 
Start with articial tears, you may need plugs. See your eyecare physician. You need to be placed on prescription drops such as Restasis or even topical corticosteroids. 
Check your medication lists for dry eye and mouth side effects. This can become a chronic problem and require long term care. May need to change your dietary habits and improve your hydration
