See an ENT: I agree you should see an ENT doctor, but 2mm is awfully small for a sinus cyst, and might not even show up on a ct. Are you sure it's 2mm and not 2 centimeters? That would be more common. And, this may or may not be the cause of your eye pain. You may also need to see an ophthalmologist for an eye exam. At any rate, surgery to remove a sinus cyst can usually be done endoscopically through the nos.
