Depends : If echocardiogram is normal it is likely that you have no significant valvular abnormality . If the murmur is systolic it could represent an innocent flow murmur.

Timing matters: In anaphylaxis, the tryptase level should be obtained no more than 2 hrs after the reaction occurs. However anaphylaxis to food often does not cause elevated tryptase level.  Why would you want to trigger an allergic action to get a positive result since not all anaphylaxis lead to elevated tryptase level?

Not for long.: Not for long unless only a small area is missing.  Dura can also be replaced surgically.  The dura is needed to protect the nervous system from infections, inflammation, and contain the cerebrospinal fluid.  The dura also has a role in the brain being able to auto-regulate its own pressure and blood flow.  Without these features, one would not live more than 1-2 weeks if there were a large  defect

To get pregnant or..: You haven't asked your question.  I am assuming you mean to get her pregnant. That would be 10-13d after her period began. The only absolutely safe days are none, since a women's ovulatory cycle can be off. Generally 15d after a period commences through the end of the period will not produce conception!

Practice relaxation, meditation, guided imagery (you can google it); keep a diary of the events when you happen to be anxious -- what happened (the event), thoughts you had; things you've done to decrease anxiety; how you body responded (where did it feel in your body). Set up a routine, to make your environment more predictable.

Depends on ur goal: Depends on what i r trying to achieve. If you don't want to gain weight, then what really matters is the overall total amount of calories and fat u eat in a day compared to what u burn. If u don't want your blood sugars to rise too much at once, spreading it out helps.

Health: It can give you an idea of if your proportion of fat to muscle is healthy or not. In the military, if you don't meet weight standards - you are tape measured to estimate body fat. When body fat is too high - you can be separated from the military service.
