The dura is needed to protect the nervous system from infections, inflammation, and contain the cerebrospinal fluid.  The dura also has a role in the brain being able to auto-regulate its own pressure and blood flow.  Without these features, one would not live more than 1-2 weeks if there were a large  defect

Set up a routine, to make your environment more predictable.

Depends on ur goal: Depends on what i r trying to achieve. If you don't want to gain weight, then what really matters is the overall total amount of calories and fat u eat in a day compared to what u burn. If u don't want your blood sugars to rise too much at once, spreading it out helps.

Health: It can give you an idea of if your proportion of fat to muscle is healthy or not. In the military, if you don't meet weight standards - you are tape measured to estimate body fat. When body fat is too high - you can be separated from the military service.

Consider Help of MD: If you feel you have tried everything to lose weight and failed you should  strongly consider seeing a doctor who specializes in bariatrics.  You need to have a detailed medical history and physical exam and appropriate lab work.  This lab work should include at least a cbc, cmp, lipids, tsh, & hgba1c.  You need an individualized weight loss program developed for you.  Diet and exercise are key.
