i am a 22 year old female, i had about two tbsp of bright red blood in stool w/ blood clots. cancerous colon polyps in family history.?

Hemorrhoids: This is likely hemorrhoids or perhaps an anal fissure. Certainly polyps or tumors are also possible but much  less likely in such a young person. All rectal bleeding should be discussed with your doctor.  At a minimum a rectal exam should be performed. A  sigmoidoscopy would also be reasonable.

22 yr old female, 125lb 5ft. after a bowel movement, i noticed blood after wiping, and a small blood clot. this is the first time this has happened. colon cancer runs in my family , should i be worried?

Depends: Any abnormal bleeding should be evaluated by a doctor. It is unlikely to be colon cancer. More than likely it is a hemorrhoid. Colonoscopy is recommended at 10 years earlier than the youngest age at which a family member developed colon cancer. It would be prudent to see your doctor.

Do you mean a blood: clot tumor? 
most commonly a hemagioma of the liver is a benign harmless entity. if quite large, it could bleed but that is quite uncommon and can be diagnosed by ultrasound and CT scanning.
a blood clot of the portal vein in the liver can be quite dangerous and requires immediate attention. it does not sound like you have one.
see your doc and get an answer.

Portal vein thrombus: Cirrhosis (scarring of the liver with irreversible liver damage, from alcohol or viral hepatitis or fatty liver or other causes) increases the risk of a clot in the portal vein which can cause bleeding from dilated veins (varices) in the esophagus or stomach.  Cancers including of the liver (hepatocellular carcinoma, which can be a complication of cirrhosis) can increase the risk of blood clots.

Yes: Factor 5 leaves you at increased risk for clots. A clot in the liver would normally be treated with a temporary course of blood thinners. If you are prone to clots, like having factor 5 leiden, you may need life  long blood thinners.

Needs specialist: No vits or minerals will treat this.  A mass in the l ventricle ( blood clot or otherwise ) needs serious attention.  Over the counter meds have absolutely no role. You will require anticoagulation if you are showering clots and may need much more depending upon your baseline condition.

Heavy periods : The first step is to do a home pregnancy test to rule out miscarriage.   It is common to have an off month from time to time. Heavy menstrual perods are very common and there are alot of treatment options.  If this happens often or the bleeding continues you will need to see your doctor to discuss menstrual cycle control and regulation.
