H. Pylori causes it: A bacterial infection of the stomach (helicobacter pylori) causes most ulcers.  About 10-15% of the population carries this bacteria in their stomach, often without symptoms.  In some cases, extra stress, aspirin, or other issues might further aggravate your stomach, leading to ulcers when combined with the h. Pylori.  A combination of antibiotics can usually cure this infection.

Correct diagnosis?: Tb of the gastrointestinal tract mostly involves the terminal ileum and caecum.  If the DX of tuberculosis is correct based on cultures, going forwards the goal should be therapy based on drug sensitivities.

Oral ulcer treatment: Cause of oral ulcers unknown. Some cases related to the tooth paste detergent sodium lauryl sulfate so avoidance may help. Some cases related to celiac or inflammatory bowel disease so treatment of GI symptoms may help. Deficiencies of iron, vitamin b, Folic Acid cause some cases so replacement of these substances results in resolution. Using a corticosteroid in an oral gel can decrease symptoms.

Usually it returns: Genital Herpes is a chronic condition that can be exacerbated by stress, medications, and just bad timing.  We have a blood test now to confirm your "diagnosis" if you are not sure.  GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR.  He/She can give you a med call acyclovir that can help the lesions ressolve faster.  Sometime they can leave scars, but most of the time the skin returns to normal, unless you have an infection.

Paracetamol: You may take paracetamol, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol.
Make sure you seek treatment for the ulcer.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.

Many: There are many things that can cause this including viral infections(herpes), other infections, abrasions, certain syndromes, and drug reactions.  A good exam and cultures may distinguish the cause.

Many more: If you take nsaids on a daily basis for a prolonged period of time, it can cause gastritis and eventually an ulcer. If you only took 8 or 9 tablets in 2 months, you should be ok.

Behcet's?: Consider visiting your doc regarding this. More than likely this is nothing, but there is something known as behcet's that can cause similar symptoms. Your doc should be able to advise you on this more - may be off base completely.
