Ketaconazole: Ketaconazole cream should work well if indeed you have a yeast infection.  If it doesn't clear, see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.

Mix 3% hydrogen...: ...Peroxide with warm water 1:1 and drip into each ear until it pours out, do not put q-tips in. Do this every day. See an ENT first if eardrum is damaged.

No: Ear infection from yeast would be outside of the eardrum (otitis externa), and surgery has no potential to benefit otitis externa unless you have a very abnormal ear canal.  The key here lies in using anti fungal drops as prescribed then maintaining good ear hygiene: never put anything in the ear canal, blow-dry after getting wet, treat wax problems with sweet oil or other softener, swim cap/plugs

More details: From what I reviewed in your questions, I was unable to answer completely.  What do you have as a reaction to amoxicillin?  A yeast infection after amoxicillin is not uncommon and is related to the antibiotic use wiping out vaginal bacterial flora and allowing for yeast to populate.  Re; HIV risk - a check of HIV 4-6 months after event would rule that out.

Itching: Aside from yeast infections, itching can result from dry skin in a diabetic. In addition one is prone to get bacterial infections if one is suffering from diabetes.

Lotrimin (clotrimazole) drops: need ear cleaned out microscopically by ENT. Gentian violet applied by ENT. Lotirimin get for one week twice a day. Acetosol drops for acidification. May need 1-3 cleanings.

my gp prescribed agispor solution bifonazole 1% due to yeast infection in my ear. two days of 1cc/2x a day and feel ears are stuffed. normal?

See ENT specialist: `The solution may be "stuck" in your ear canal, possibly behind wax.  If so, an ENT specialist has the tools to easily remove it.  Don't try to try to remove it with a cue tip or other device
