Pretty good: Depends in large part where you are going in malasia.  The three large city states are fairly safe.  The remainder of malasia may not be.  Strongly recommend getting immunized.  The vaccine is quite effective.

Yes: This is fine as long as he has no symptoms and has no reason to suspect hypothermia. However, if lower temps persist, he may be having hypothyroidism, especially if he also has low heart rate and soft tissue swelling

No: You can't really eat some other food to decrease the affect of another. If you eat a diet high in fat sodium and sugar and eat a lot of vegetables and fruit and whole grains on top of that you might be healthier because you are avoiding vitamin deficiencies but you don't neutralize the effects of the bad foods.

Go to doctor: Black (widow) spider bites can be quite painful and serious. Answer depends: It depends on what resources are available to you, such as physical therapy, pharmacy, and testing.  It also depends on what kind of problem you have.  Is it new?  Or old?  What is the cause?

What about the possibility of traveling to another town?  There must be traditional medical providers in Kuala Lumpur.  Is that far?
