Answer depends: It depends on what resources are available to you, such as physical therapy, pharmacy, and testing. It also depends on what kind of problem you have. Is it new? Or old? What is the cause? What about the possibility of traveling to another town? There must be traditional medical providers in Kuala Lumpur. Is that far?
