Possible tumor: Urine catecholamines are separated into dopamine, epinephrine, norepinephrine, vma, and dopa, among others. Each of these metabolites are differently expressed by certain tumors, often in the adrenal gland, or sometimes in other sites. This gives a guide to where to test further, or what else may be giving rise to the symptoms (often high blood pressure, heart beat abnormalities, etc).

Ovarian cysts: The size of the cysts and the multiple cysts inside are probably due to endometriosis, which is an almost exclusively benign condition.  The path report should be available by the end of this week, and will be conclusive with respect to exactly what caused the cysts, and whether they are potentially malignant.

6 year old son had tonsils & adenoids removed 4 days ago have noticed when he sleeps 1 or both eyes don't fully close normal? donsent seem to want to eat and when i fed him soap he threw it  up but does stay hydrated.

Sometimes : Sometimes people have their eyes slightly open when they sleep. I'm interested to know more about the soap. Was it used to induce vomiting because you thought there might be a blockage?

i had an ingrown toenail which i removed and now it seems that i have an infection. i have been using bactroban ointment and releasing the fluid but it seems i may need a antibiotic as my toe is very painful and red.

Correct: Advise you see GP.Releasing fluid suggests an infection.You are most likely correct.An anti-biotic  is probably required.See GP for assessment.In meantime,soak in hot salt water to help with pain and elevate foot above heart level.

Almost without pain: Iud removal is typically very quick and should cause only minor cramping.  It is a good idea to take some  Ibuprofen before having this done so that it will minimize any discomfort you might experience.  If the iud string is not seen, it may be more difficult as your doctor will need to go inside the cervical canal and look for the string.

Pregnant: Yes.  One healthy testicle can produce adequate normal sperm.  If everything else is ok with you and your wife then it is definitely possible for you to get your wife pregnant.

Yes: Nearly always if the physician knows there are polyps there she/he will remove them during a d;c.  If doctor knows there is only one polyp, then d;c is sufficient.  If there may be multiple polyps then a hysteroscopy, d;c might be preferable.  But a polyp can always contain small amount of cancer cells so doctors typically always like to remove them and send to pathology to examine microscopically.

Sorry to: hear that..It will have to heal ?by secondary" means (Gradual "filling in") thus leaving (usually) a prominent scar!  REPORT THIS TO THE PRACTITIONER who put in the stitches Cover the wound with a DRY STERILE DRESSING!....Hope this is helpful
