Get a general check: If you have access to healthcare, it will help to see a provider to get a general check up. It appears that your problems may involve several organ systems. This kind of situation is better addressed with detailed history and physical exam. Seeing a PCP will be a good place to start.

Well many thoughts: There are many possibilities here. Why did you have the Ct scan of the head?  Seems the problem has been going on for a while. Did you have a complicated birth?  You need too see doctor or virtual consult and begin with a good history. Then perhaps blood testing. How is your blood sugar?  Start here

Needs bloodwork.: I'd recommend her for some blood testing.  Some inflammatory conditions can affect younger children and can contribute to the symptoms you describe.  Maybe vitamin deficiencies as well.

Seems normal: Everybody is different. The back is a normal place to be sweaty (it can't breathe when we're sitting in a chair or lying down). Hands and feet are commonly a little cold because they're further away from the center of the body.

Cold hands &amp; feet: is a common symptom of anxiety.  Anxiety causes the body to go into a "flight or fight" response, preparing the body to get away from whatever is causing the anxiety.  Heart rate increases, blood supply is shifted to the heart and muscles and away from the skin.  This is felt most in the hands and feet as these are farthest from the heart.
