Waste of time/effort: Your body contour is based more on your genetic endowment/athletic endeavors than anything else. It is a myth that you could increase size/ distribution of muscle mass or size by taking any supplement. They are not regulated as to claims or effectiveness so you can try them if you wish, they are considered safe in common doses. However, I consider them a waste of time/effort.

Three weeks.: You may firm up, but muscle growth only begins at two weeks. You would also need to lose superficial fat, which means whole body fat, since spit reduction is not possible!

You can look at your anus and perianal area with a mirror and tell us what you see so we may be able to say what it is or you can google for the images of external hemorrhoid and herpes lesion and you can see the difference.
Perianal herpes may occur without history of anal sex.
