Your body contour is based more on your genetic endowment/athletic endeavors than anything else. It is a myth that you could increase size/ distribution of muscle mass or size by taking any supplement. They are not regulated as to claims or effectiveness so you can try them if you wish, they are considered safe in common doses. However, I consider them a waste of time/effort.
