Does not matter: I would not take ANY of these. Some are harmful. All are useless in the absence of specific indications. If you have medical problems, see your DR.  If you have no symptoms, realize that the purveyors of all these are making a sucker out of you.

i have been diagnosed with rosacea, is it true that lysine & vitamin c can help? if it does what's the right dose ?

Sorry: Lysine will do nothing. Vitamin c will do nothing. Both of these are in most of your foods anyway. Don't be a sucker.Not every case is the same. Do you have eye symptoms? Pustules? Red face? See a dermatologist. Bring with you every pill, vitamin, herb, ; prescription used recently. You may benefit from cream (gel) or pill or both.

No evidence: There is no scientific study to show that this combination works for this condition.  However if you have varicose veins, laser may work for mild cases.

Antiviral drugs: There are several oral antiviral drugs that your physician can prescribe for you and which should work much better.  Make an appointment and discuss what would be best for your particular situation.

No: I'm not familiar with k2t, but vitamin c and lysine should at best be considered supplements in a program of cardiac rehabilitation. These will not clear calcified atherosclerotic plaques. Like much else, the best approach here is lifestyle -- be as active as your physician says you can --, then perhaps prescription meds and wisely-chosen supplements.

what can i use to speed healing of a cold sore? i'm using abreva, vitamin c and valtrex, (valacyclovir) will a cold compress and lysine work?

Cold sores: Too many cooks spoil the stew.  You only need the Valtrex (valacyclovir).  For symptomatic relieve, ask your dermatologist for a topical steroid.  You need nothing else.

: Black fungus is an opportunistic organism that is usually seen in immune suppressed patients.  This has recently become a problem in India, associated with Covid-19 infections.  There is some early indications that zinc supplements, especially in large doses, can make it easier to get or spread black fungus.  There is no indication that vitamins C and D have anything to do with black fungus.

: If I were to advise you I'd recommend no more than 30mgs if zinc and 1000 units of Vit D daily. That being said, I see no problems with taking lexapro as well. Your pharmacist can also answer this question.

Ivermectin: You don't need to keep repeating your posts. Many doctors will see your post, even if it has already received a response. Ivermectin has not been adequately studied.  Per US NIH -"The COVID-19 Treatment Guidelines Panel (the Panel) has determined that currently there are insufficient data to recommend either for or against the use of ivermectin for the treatment of COVID-19."

Both essential: Vitamins and essential minerals all work together as a team. I call it the "cathedral roof" where oxidants balance with antioxidants.Why do you just choose those two?
