i went to the doctor for bumps on my head, he said it was swollen lymph nodes. its getting worse and really hurts. i also have painful bumbs on top?

Need more info: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. There are no lymph nodes in the scalp. You may wish to seek the advice of a different doctor.

hard lump on top of head, not an ingrown hair or lymph nodes. hurts like a bad bruise, had for 2+ yrs chronic migraines/motion sick, unsure if related?

Follow up needed : Hard lump on top of head could be a cyst, you need to have io looked at by a Physician.  Specially if it is causing you pain. It is not related to the migraine headaches.

Certainly: Melanoma can travel anywhere in the body, no matter where it originated. So, yes, a left ear melanoma can travel to lymph nodes in your neck (cervical nodes) on both sides, including the top (supraclavicular) and bottom (infraclavicular) areas of the collar bones.

i see bump on my shoulder next to my neck. but when i rub and press it i can only feel it on top of the skin and not under ? i don't feel and or see any any swollen lymph nodes either ?

im experiencing  skin redness and swelling on skin of my penis and the vines where my penis attatched to my body on the top hurts when touched with presure also the swelling of the lymph nodes above the thigh please help ?

i've been told that sores in my nose could be staph i also seem to have a a lot of flem at times and what seems to be dry mucas at the top of my nose . i also can be a bit wheezy do you think it could have spread ? i have a couple of enlarged lymph nodes

Need to see Doc.: Nose sores could be from infecctions, some people are carriers of mrsa(staph) and this may need to be eradicated. Dry mucus may be another reason. Need to use saline nasal lavage and avoid irritation of nasal passages. 
Wheezing may suggest that you have allergic rhinitis together with bronchial asthma. Lymph nodes depending on its location are also of concern, thats why you need allergist/lung sp.

Nodes may be found in front or behind the ear and occasionally in the very back of the neck (occipital).  There are may other places that noses rarely show up (in the face for example.).
