Unlikely: Lymph nodes are are regional in their work, meaning they specialize in accommodating the area where they are located. The glands involved would be between the scratch and the heart. Any reactivity in the groin would suggest some process on the involved leg.

Need to examine: Do you have any infection in the hand or arm of that side? It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant that you see a doctor to settle the matter. If you have fever and/or weight loss it would prudent to see a doctor as soon as possible.

i have a huge spot of swollen lymph nodes on my left arm just below the elbow on the thin side of hand. this has hurt and been achy since yesterday.

Should be seen by MD: Achy, painful swelling in forearm most likely from bite, bruise, or infection.  Suspect insect bite or sting, cat scratch, or injury.  Other rare possibilities.  Worry if red, shiny top, soft center, fever, chill, or streak.  Would have a health care professional examine it in next 24 hours.  OK to take acetaminophen.  Probably not serious, but best to be careful.

Needs eval: These need to be evaluated by your doctor or ENT specialist.  You are correct to be concerned, especially since you appropriately report you use snuff which can contribute to the risk of mouth cancer even, unfortunately, at your young age. Allergic reaction- s: I would recommend immediate medical evaluation including blood testing and possible a steroid injection to abort this allergic attack. Usually from inlation, contact or gestion of a sunstance or chemical foreign to the body's immune system. I would try zyrtec (cetirizine) and head over to the closet urgent care center.

Time to see your Doc: If this is "just" your eczema, it sounds like it is not responding to current Rx, and you may require more intensive Rx (such as systemic (oral or injected) steroids, if you are already maxing out on topical steroids). However, I fear this may be more than just the eczema, such as a secondary infection, requiring additional therapy. In either case, you should see your primary or skin doctor.

Lymph Nodes: That is not a typical place to find swollen lymph nodes and that isolated finding is not an obvious description of any common medical condition or infection.  Without further information I cannot help with diagnosis but if it is huge swollen and worsening I would have a doctor look at it today.
