Needs to be checked: You have swollen lymph glands in two different areas of your body and it needs to be evalated by your physician
usually you can have swollen nodes in armpit due to an infection in arm or from the breast.And same for swollen glands in your groin
but you have glands in two places and you need a detailed history and complete physical exam to find out the cause and treat appropriately.

Yes indeed: If you poke often enough and firmly enough, the area will definitely become tender and probably swollen. If you can't feel an obvious large lump by very light pressure, then nothing is wrong -- don't keep trying. Anyway, there are very few illnesses that cause lymph node enlargement as the only symptom. If you otherwise feel well, there's no point in looking for lymph nodes.

is it normal to feel painless movable lymph node in armpit about 1cm or less for about 6-7 months with no changing in size or other symptoms?

See below: While not normal, it may not reflect any disease either.
You may watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

See your doctor: Most likely cause is reactive, meaning reacting to something.  Also depends on how large.  Other possibilities include such things as infection, malignant, inflammatory.  Hope this helps.

Not necessarily: Fairly standard to biopsy any mass in the axilla that persists. Could be a benign cyst, reactive lymph node, or infection. Unfortunately cancer is always in the differential. The other possibilities however are more common.

Monitoring Centers: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph for anything bad  like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts.  They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  They shrink when all is well.

A couple of weeks: When a lymph node get swollen it is most of the time related to an infectious process. It is the way your body fights infection, so they usually should go away after the illness resolves anywhere between a few days to a couple of weeks or so.

will 2nd hbv shot cause painful lymph node in armpit on the arm the shot was given after 4 days?

Usually not: Second shot of hepatitis B vaccine should not cause painful lymph node enlargement. If you have painful lymph nodes, it would be prudent to consult your doctor.
